Our refund policy applies to all products purchased on our website therealtree.co.in. Refunds will only be given for products that are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Timeframe for Returns
You may return any product within 2-3 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging. If you wish to return a product after 3 days, we will provide you with a store credit for the purchase price.

Processing Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the product meets these requirements, we will process a refund to the original method of payment within 2 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake in fulfilling your order. In the case of a defective product or our mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you or for a full refund to be processed.
